REPAIRS
I repair Land Rover key FOBs for the following models:
2005-2009 LR3
2006-2009 Range Rover Sport
2005-2010 Range Rover
2008-2012 LR2

The cost is $100 for standard battery and case replacement (including shipping).

Regardless of when I receive your key, all shipments are sent on Monday. If you need expedited service, it is a $25 fee (includes two day shipping). It will then go in the mail the day after I receive it. If you need next day shipping, there will be an additional $25 charge.

If you have a special need (such as a missing button) please contact me with the form below. The fee for microswitch replacement is $20 for one or $30 for two switches.

ABOUT ROVER KEY REPAIR
When Land Rover designed these keys, they installed a rechargeable battery that will eventually fail. Life expectancy is approximately 10 years.
If your key starts your vehicle but will not unlock the doors, You likely need a new battery. I can change it for you!
I am an engineer that happens to love Land Rovers, I would love to save you money by fixing your key for you!
Because this service is relatively new, I am doing business through eBay until the store can get off the ground.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Contact me using the form below
2.I will provide you details on payment and shipping
3. Mail me your key in need of repair
4. Your old case will be removed
5. Your old battery will be removed
6. A new battery will be installed
7. A new case will be installed
8. Your old key will be transferred to the new case
9. Your key will be returned by mail

​​​HOW WILL THIS SAVE ME MONEY?
If you take your key to the dealership, they will order a new uncut key from the UK. Upon receipt, the dealership will cut your key and then program your new key to your ignition. This entire process will cost between $275-$600!

Rover Key Repair's process utilizes your currently programmed circuit board and already cut key and simply replaces the rechargeable battery and a new outer shell giving your Land Rover Key 10 years of new life and a fresh look!

WILL I HAVE TO REPROGRAM THE KEY?
No, because Rover Key Repair uses the already programmed board and the already cut key, your Land Rover will recognize the key as if it never changed even though it will look and function as new!

No, I can only fix your current key. I do not cut keys or program keys. I only refurbish currently programmed keys.
